- Take For boiling Rice–
- Take 2 &1/2 cups Basmati rice
- Prepare Water to boil (3x of Rice)
- Make ready as per taste Salt to taste
- Make ready 1 tsp Oil
- Get for making Schezwan Fried Rice
- Take 3 tbsp olive oil
- Make ready 3 tbsp Green Garlic
- Prepare 2 tbsp Green Onion (whites)
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
- Prepare 1 bowl Onion (sliced)
- Take 1 bowl Capsicum (sliced)
- Take 1 bowl Cabbage (sliced)
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Get 1 tsp Pepper
- Take 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Take 2 tsp Schezwan Sauce
- Take 1 tsp Schezwan Chutney
- Get 1 tsp Tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp Vegetable stock
- Make ready 1 tbsp Gravy of Manchurian
- Prepare 1/2 bowl Fried Manchurian
- Make ready 2 tbsp Chings Fried Rice masala
- Take 3 bowls Boiled Rice
Instructions to make Chinese combo of Schezwan Fried Rice and Veg Gravy Manchurian:
- First in a bowl, take 1 bowl Cabbage, squeeze off extra moisture. Then add 1 tsp Ajinomoto, salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp Soya sauce. Then mix it well, then add 3/4 cup Maida.
- Mix all the ingredients and if needed add 2 tbsp Water. Make a dough.
- From the dough, make medium sized Manchurian balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and let it warm. Once oil is warm enough to fry the balls. Fry the balls until it becomes golden brown.
- Add 2 tbsp Oil in the pan. Once the oil becomes hot, add the Green Garlic, crushed Ginger and Green Onion whites. When it's sauteed, add the normal Onions, Capsicum and mix it well. Once the Vegetables are well sauteed, add 1 tsp Pepper, Salt to taste, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 cup Chings Manchurian masala or Cornflour slurry.
- When the gravy becomes slightly thick, add Vinegar, Tomato sauce and 1/2 cup Vegetable stock.
- Add the Manchurian balls in the prepared Manchurian Gravy. Our Delicious Restaurant style Gravy Manchurian are ready.
- Now let's boil our rice, for that first we have to boil water, add salt & oil to it. Once it starts boiling, add the Basmati rice.
- Cook it until it's 80% cooked or cook for 10-15 mins.
- Do not over cook it otherwise our rice will mash.
- Now in a pan, add 3 tbsp olive oil, when the oil is hot, add the Green Garlic, crushed Ginger, Green Onion whites and sautee it for a minute. Then add 1 bowl Onion, 1 bowl Capsicum, 1 bowl Cabbage, Salt to taste and 1 tsp Pepper. Cook it till it cooks halfly.
- Add the Soya sauce, Red chilli powder, Schezwan Sauce, Schezwan Chutney, Tomato sauce and The gravy of Manchurian. Mix all the sauces well with the vegetables.
- Now add 1/2 bowl Manchurian balls (cut it into small pieces) and 2 tbsp Chings Fried Rice masala. Sautee it well.
- Now finally add our main ingredient that is Rice.
