- Warm the fresh cream and add dark chocolate to it. Stir well until smooth ganache forms. Pour the ganache on top of the Biscuit Cake. Decorate the top with white chocolate chips or any sprinkles. Cover the top with cling film, keep refrigerated overnight or for 7 hours.
- Unmould the Parle-G Chocolate Cake on the next day, cut and serve cold.
