  2. Take 1 cup Guava pulp (deseed guava)

  1. Boil milk.Add cornflour after mixing it in cold milk.Keep stirring.
  2. Add sugar 7tsp and mix in milk.Keep on slow flame and boil for 10mins more.
  3. Turn off gas and cool it.When room temperature put this ice-cream mix in freezer for 7hrs.
  4. Now once it's hard take out from freezer and beat with beater till fluffy.Add 4tsp powder sugar and beat.
  5. Add pinch of green colour and Guava essence and pulp and beat 1min more.
  6. Add whipped cream and beat again for a minute.
  7. Now transfer all the ice-cream in airtight container and put in freezer for 8hrs to set.
  8. Serve Guava Ice-cream in bowl.On top sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
  9. Tastes superb.Enjoy and chill.
