- Wash and Chopped all vegetables of your choice in small pieces.
- In a pan heat oil splatter Cummin seeds, add chilli and ginger-garlic pasta. Stir for a minute in medium flame. Add all chopped vegetables.
- Stir often until veggies become little soft. Now add butter, here I am using homemade coriander butter if you don't have use normal butter.
- When butter goes melt then add cooked rice and salt, mix everything well with soft hand.
1. Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice and peas. Mix all well. - Cover and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame. Veg Fried Rice is ready to serve. Serve hot.
