  1. Heat pressure cooker add ghee put jeera when crackle add ginger saute.
  2. Now add chopped vegetables,peanuts saute well. Add multi grains saute lastly add water.keep the pressure cooker on flame for 4 to 5 vissles.
  3. After that open the cooker stir well & transfer to a serving dish to serve hot followed by ghee or butter as per taste.
