  14. Get 3-4 Red chilli whole
  15. Take 4-5 Green chillies small & big each (slit from mid)
  16. Get 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  18. Make ready 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  19. Get 2 tbsp Vinegar
  20. Make ready 3-4 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  21. Prepare 3 tbsp Ketchup
  22. Prepare Salt to taste
  23. Make ready 1.5 cups Chicken Stock (make out of chkn bones at home)
  24. Take 2 - 3 small Capsicum cubes
  25. Prepare 1 large Onion cubes
  26. Take 1-2 tbsp Cornflour (mix with 1/4 cup water.for gravy in the end)

  6. Schezwan Chilli Chicken is ready to serve! - (*Usually the recipes includes sugar also but I didn't like sweet taste so didn't add)
  7. In the recipe spring onion is also the ingredient but I didn't have it at that time
