- Prepare 1 cup Guava pulp
- Make ready 4 tablespoon Sugar
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Cornflr
- Get Green food colour
- Get 1/2 litre Full cream milk
- Prepare few drops Guava essence
- Make ready 3/4 cup Whipped cream
Instructions to make Guava Ice-cream:
- Boil milk for 7-8mins.Add cornflr after mixing in with some cold milk and stir.
- Add sugar now and stir well.Turn off the gas.
- Cool above milk and put in deep freeze for 7 hrs
- After 7 hrs once it hard enough take out and beat with beater till fluffy.
- Add whipped cream and 4tsp ground sugar to it and beat again.
- Put green colour, essence and guava pulp and beat once for 1min.
- Pour the ice-cream mix in airtight container and put in freezer for 8hrs.
- While serving sprinkle red chilli powder and some salt.
- This ice-cream tastes yum and feels like real guava in mouth !!
