Steps to make Rava idli sambhar chutney:
- Take rava,add 1-2 spoon curd,water
- Mix it well keep it aside
- Now preheat idli cooker 5-10 minutes depends on your cooker
- Add 1-2 pinch eno in idli batter now grease the mould and put idli batter in it
- Now do the knife or toothpick test after some time and flame should be low
- Add sambhar masala now add cooked toor daal with veggies in it
- Cook for 20 minutes
- For chutney grind all the chutney ingredients like fried bengal gram daal,coconut powder,red chillies 3-4,galic kaliya 3-4
- Grind it with little water
- Now for sambhar take toor daal,veggies in a cooker+water.
- Add salt,turmeric powder,pinch of hing.
- Cook it till 6-8 whistles
- Now for tempering heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,red chillies 3-4,finely chopped onion garlic
- Put it on chutney
- Serve hot
