- First in bowl add suji dahi and mix it add little water mix it add salt, chopped veggies in it and mix it again add water batter should little thick
- In tadka pan put oil heat it up nicely in slow flame then add mustard seeds and curry leaves add this to idli mixture and along this add eno pkt in it give a nice mix
- Then place a idli pan on the gas and grease the moulds of idli and pour this batter and cover it cook it for 15 to 20 minutes check with knife or tooth pick
- As it ready, serve it with any dip or chuntney
